Being part of the Chicago Booth community is a highlight of my life, not only as the Deputy Dean, but as a very proud Booth alumna. I’ve been especially inspired by the amazing Booth women with whom I learned alongside and those I now see joining our community with every new class — incredible examples and champions of women leadership in business. Feeling supported as you take on the challenge and joy of an MBA is essential for a truly rewarding experience. From the professional development and recruiting preparation to personal wellness and social aspects, Chicago Booth is a school that ensures women and our allies are not only set up for success but are able to thrive. At the heart of our culture are people who care and invest in one another. It’s why student groups like Chicago Women in Business are the largest on campus and become such an integral component of your journey. By bringing together a powerful, collaborative community of women, Booth Women Connect aims to foster meaningful connections, allowing professionals across industries to exchange their own stories, grow their networks, and participate in meaningful discourse about the issues they care about.
Led by a team of alumnae volunteers, the Chicago Booth Women’s Network is the global network for all female graduates of Chicago Booth, regardless of program or graduation year. As of November 2020, we connect over 12,000 members living across six continents, and are recognized as one of the most active Booth alumni groups.
